Mimic-Cape grew out of Mimic Components Johannesburg in 1971 as a manufacturer of Mimic panels for the electrical industry, power rail etc. Today, the Mimic Group has two branches; Johannesburg and Cape Town.
Mimic Cape has seen a growing demand for specialised Control Components. We are able to accommodate clients with specific requirements in the area of Operator Interface (informing and warning), LED pilot lights and filament lamp replacements. Besides the wide range good quality electrical and electronic components that Mimic Cape supply, the Group also manufacture a large range of big digit displays, alarm displays, alarm annunciators plus established product lines such as Control Desks and Mosaic mimic panels. The Group continues to export to many different countries including Africa, Middle East, Hong Kong, China and Europe.
