JVP Inc. is a joint venture of Canadian and Taiwanese companies that joined forces to make high quality low cost solenoid valves. While the canadians invented the new maintenance free design the taiwanese optimised the production process. Manufacturing and assembly are done in Taiwan. To further enhance the quality german coils are used for the v-solenoid II.
The v-solenoid II is a pilot valve to operate pneumatic quarter turn actuators. It is made of composite material and therefore highly corrosion resistant.
It is virtually maitenance free, offers exhaust feedback / re-breather functionality and converts from 5/2 to 3/2 mode without additional parts or tools!
Available models are Standard, Atex Ex, Ex Proof and Intrinsically Safe. Certifications: CE, CSA, UL, Atex, FM i.e. NEMA 1, 2, 3, 3S, 4 and 4X. Protection class IP65.
Temperature range -40C to +50C.
