Pieter M Rossouw is formerly from Power Measurement Consulting (PMC) which he established in November 2000 after he left the local Utility - ESKOM TSI (Technology Services International). I2R Consulting was created to become a services support to PMC since the July 2006, started by Pieter M Rossouw.

I2R and PMC plays an important role in supporting major companies and Consulting Companies by means of being a subcontractor to perform services as listed below on their behalf to their clients.
