Interfab specializes in heat sink design and manufacturing for the most demanding applications and environments. Whether air-cooled or water-cooled, our processes enable us to customize the heat sink design to your needs and specifications. Instead of having the heatsink dictate the component placement, we design and manufacture the heatsink around the component placement. Interfab manufactured heat sinks feature minimal flow path restrictions and low pressure differentials allowing nearly unlimited placement of high-power/high-heat producing components. Moreover, our proprietary extrusion, deep-hole drilling processes, and easy flow channeling capabilities allow us to design and create a more thermally efficient and cost effective heat sink.
