“Exquisite Heat” is a new method for controlling HVAC, by adjusting BTU output to any enclosed environment, by means of Thermostat Analysis, over time (5-90 minutes). As the Thermostat On time activity varies from a predetermined Ideal Thermostat On time ratio, the operating temperature limit ranges are reset upward or downward accordingly.
Advantages are the steady rate of circulation and the adjustable BTU rate needed to satisfy thermostat at the Ideal Thermostat/Circulation On rate. Even, protracted BTU distribution throughout the space at extended circulation rates, (variable i.e. 60-90 %) provides stable comfort and assures immediate BTU transfer from the source to the enclosed treated space. At these longer periods of circulation, lower heat source temperatures over extended time meet space BTU requirements efficiently and comfortably in conjunction with the heat loss characteristics of the structure.
