‘Washdown’ Ball transfer units – Available in the high capacity, medium duty and light duty ball transfer unit ranges, these units are specially designed to allow rapid dispersal of fluid through drain hole systems in the base. Used in many applications including aerospace and air cargo handling.
High Capacity 'Washdown' Ball Transfer Units: Material Upgrades -Z 'Arduous Conditions' & -SS 'All Stainless Steel' now feature an extra drain hole in the base of the unit to help eject contamination from the internal mechanism
Medium Duty MX & MW Ball Transfer Units: Designed for the Air Cargo Handling industry, the MX 'Extreme' range is case hardened for maximum load capacity & resistance to shock loading. The MW 'Washdown' range contains a Stainless Steel Support Cup for maximum corrosion resistance & draining in 'washdown' applications. Both ranges feature large drain holes in the base of the unit to help eject contamination from the unit interior.
Light Duty LD32SS & LD32/3SS Ball Transfer Units: The largest units in our LD Saturn Type range are made entirely of stainless steel and feature 7 large drain holes in the base of the unit. Ideal for 'ball up' applications in 'washdown' environments.
