Meech industrial solutions address five principal areas – Static Control, Web Cleaning, Air Technology, JetStream air knife systems and IonRinse ionised air rinsing and air cleaning systems. Each product area is supported by a team of trained and experienced technical staff.
Static Control
Static electricity control and static protection for both industrial and cleanroom areas to address the problems of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and Electrostatic Attraction (ESA). The product range includes ionising anti-static bars and blowers, air curtains, electrostatic field meters and electrostatic generators.
Web Cleaning
Web cleaning systems for continuous webs of plastic or paper, delivering increased quality and productivity. Meech supply contact and non contact web cleaners with integrated anti static control to neutralise static charges and ensure a cleaner web.
Air Technology
The Meech Air Technology division is split into two product ranges; The Air Efficiency Range and the Vortex Cooling Range, both run solely on compressed air. The Air Efficiency Range consists of Energy Saving Blowguns, Safety Nozzles, High Thrust Jets, Air Amplifiers and Air Curtains. The range uses ambient air to supplement the compressed air, resulting in reduced running costs. The Vortex Cooling Range consists of Vortex Tubes, Cabinet Coolers and Coldstream Guns, which are all designed to provide efficient industrial cooling for a range of applications.
JetStream
The Meech JetStream is an Air Knife system used for contamination removal and drying. The JetStream system offers cost effective product cleaning, swarf removal, industrial drying and cooling. Available in ionising and non-ionising versions.
IonRinse
Ionised air rinsing and air cleaning systems for sustainable waterless rinsing performance. Our ionised waterless rinsing technology enables Meech to produce air cleaning systems that offer significant energy savings and improved sustainability over traditional industrial pre fill water rinsing systems.
