Enhancing your performance and career prospects throught a better understanding of corporate finance and the economic viability of engineer proposals.

This course is designed to teach participants how a business enterprise works, with an emphasis on how to control costs, manage assets and evaluate the feasibility of capital project proposals in order to enhance project proposals in order to enhance profitabilty and productivity. Participants will also learn to identify ways to improve return on investment by improving quality and reducing waste.
