Vac-Cent Services was formed in the second quarter of 1987. The Company holds the licence to manufacture 100% locally, the NASH range of Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps and Compressors. At present we manufacture 26 different sizes ranging in volume from 10m3/Hr to 22,000m3/Hr at vacuum levels of up to 10Kpa(A). Materials of construction range from Cast Iron; Bronze and 316 Stainless Steel. 

 

The company’s success is based on the fact that all pumps are manufactured under strict quality standards as laid down by ISO 9001. Vac-cent was awarded the ISO:9001 accreditation in 1994 and have manufactured to this standard ever since. All new and reconditioned pumps are fully tested at our manufacturing facility in Wadeville and have to conform to the minimum standards before the pumps are allowed to be shipped. Further we have a dedicated team with experience and training to suit the demand for manufacturing of the Gardner Denver NASH products. Gardner Denver NASH Vacuum Pumps and Compressors have been locally manufactured since 1978 in South Africa and world-wide since 1905.
